I had already walked ALL the way to the next town and back once - about 35 miles round trip. But, my husband says there's something else that needs to be done up there today, so I'm headed back. I could have taken the car, but I'm trying to walk everywhere right now, and it's a pretty day. Plus, I have these cool fiberglass rods in each hand. They are about 4 or 4.5 feet long each and I can use them to propel myself. If I push off with them like ski poles I can go really fast, or jump a little bit. It's pretty fun! The road is more wooded and narrow in places than it is in real life, so it's fun to navigate the turns and unusual terrain with the poles. I'm going so fast!
Out of the corner of my eye I see an unusual sight. There is a large, extra-hairy black panther. In her teeth she is holding a tiger cub. I am absolutely shocked! I hope she doesn't want to eat me, but I can't resist snapping a picture. I grab my phone and take a photo and a video of the pair as a man opens a gate for them to come into a yard. The man rolls up behind me in a big maroon car from the seventies. He has the little tiger with him, but not the big panther. He offers me a ride and I gratefully accept. As we travel along I ask him about the cats. He explains that the panther is indeed the tiger's mother, and that the tiger has a destiny. I ask who the father is and he says it's him. I'm briefly disturbed by the obvious implication of bestiality, but he goes on to explain the situation. There is something magic afoot. The tiger is a magical entity that brings destruction and it can only be brought into the world as the byproduct of a certain man and certain panther each time. The man knows the tiger will destroy, but the tiger is his daughter and he loves her more than anything. He turns off the road and I realize he is trying to take me to an alternate location to kill me because I know about the tiger. I jump out of the car and start running/skiing away. I have my purse and my phone, but I don't have time to stop and make a call or do anything, I just have to run.
The man has abandoned his car and is following me on foot. I come to a hotel and run inside and explain that someone is coming to kill me and I need to hide. I wish I had a room and could lock the door, but I know it would take too long to fill out the paperwork. I open a white door that I think leads to the stairs and behind the thin door is another thin door, I keep finding door after door. It's a closet, I realize. I think it could be a good place to hide, so I keep opening the closet doors until I find the inside and I get it. The receptionist closes the doors and I hope that I am hidden and that the man doesn't have the tiger with him, who could smell me. The "camera" zooms away and I see that where I actually am is behind these thin panels propped up against the cushions on a couch. I am behind the cushions, but the bulge is obvious and now I realize I need to find another hiding spot.
