Michelle: A Prank Gone Wrong

I'm meandering through a cave system with a man. I'm holding the camera for him while he films a Youtube video. I know it's some kind of prank video and he has a friend who has gone into the cave to get something to scare him. The cave resembled a Minecraft ravine, in that the area we were walking consisted of a thin ledge of rock that faced a deep pit of dark nothingness- very stressful to navigate! I got the sense that the guy's friend was bringing something dangerous to scare us. I explored a little chamber on the rock wall behind us and found a small tunnel that we could crawl through. I figured this might give us a place to hide. The tunnel was so tight that we had to crawl on our stomachs, with our back scraping against the top of the tunnel. It was very unpleasant, but I knew we needed to hide. The tunnel opened up to a chamber in the wall that allowed us to comfortably sit and peer through a small hole that looked out to the ravine ledge where the friend would be arriving. As I suspected, the friend arrived with a big, scary creature. It looked like an abominable snowman that spit balls of green acid.

Although we were hidden in the rock wall, the creature was able to sense our presence and immediately spit a big ball of acid at us. The cave wall in front of us dissolved in seconds. "RUN!" I yelled, and the man and I scooted backwards on our butts as fast as we could (the chamber wasn't big enough for us to stand up). It felt like we scooted backwards almost 100 yards. Suddenly, I felt myself falling until I splashed! into a body of water. I look around and see that the man and I have fallen into the ocean. It is pouring rain, and the waves are angrily rolling. There is a horrible shipwreck. I can see broken planks of wood and bodies floating in the water. At first it seems like we're in the middle of the ocean, but I take a second look behind me and see a grassy knoll where the cave had been. I tell the man we have to help pull everyone to safety.

The dream skips to us in a ballroom. It looks like the typical "ballroom" you'd find in most hotels, but in the middle is a large wrestling ring where we've laid all of the survivors to dry off and rest. There is rattan furniture pushed up against all of the walls, so I assume this is a storage room. The man gravely tells me that the creature is coming and that I need to get up and turn off the lights and close the door or else it will see us. HOWEVER, I must film everything! I'm annoyed at this ridiculous request, but comply nonetheless. I tiptoe around each survivor until I get off the ring, then parkour around the furniture to get to the light switch/door. I shut off the lights and slowly close the door. As the door is closing, I look through the crack and see the creature outside looking for us. The door latches, then I immediately run and hide behind a tall rattan wardrobe.

The dream cuts to the man and I outside on some crowded college campus. It's raining outside- probably the same storm from the ocean! He thanks me for my help with the video then leaves. I turn to walk away but notice I am still drenched from the storm/ocean adventure. I look down and see that I am wearing a light pink tank top and had forgotten to wear a bra, so my nipples are VERY prominent. I'm mortified! A girl walks up to me and says, "Ha! I was going to wear white today. Good thing I didn't!" Before I could give her an annoyed reply we hear gunshots echo across campus. Everyone on campus freezes. More gunshots ring out, and everyone screams and scatters. I'm about to run into a dorm when I hear the gunshots again, only this time I can tell they're coming from across the street. I look over to where they were coming from and see a beauty pageant going on. A man is talking to a line of women wearing beautiful gowns and sashes. I can't hear him, but I can see that he's explaining something. After each explanation, he holds a revolver to the sky and shoots three shots. I think this is such a ridiculous and dangerous thing to do, and am angry that gun violence is so prevalent that I assumed we were all part of a mass shooting. Then I woke up!
