I am on a school trip to Peru/Mexico (the trip alternates between Peru and Mexico, so bear with me during those switches). I notice people from my high school as well as people from my college classes are going on this trip. Elizabeth also attended the trip with me. When we arrive to Peru/Mexico, we are led to our "rooms," which are little cots placed throughout the locker room of a giant gymnasium. Its incredibly crowded inside, and there is NO privacy. I decide to sit on the bleachers outside of the locker room to get some breathing room. My friend from high school, LL, approaches me and invites me to go hiking on the Peruvian mountains with him. I happily agree and run to my cot in the locker room to change into clothes more suited for hiking. I change into an outfit that consists of a cat shirt (I recognize this shirt as one of the shirts I designed in my Animal Crossing game), green cargo shorts, and hiking boots. My hair is pulled up into a messy ponytail and I am not wearing any makeup. I look over at the cot next to me and see a bunch of thin, pretty girls dressed up in club attire. I feel really self-conscious that I look so drab.
One of the girls beckons me over and says they all are going club-hopping in Mexico and invites me to come along. I am hesitant, as I really want to go see the Peruvian mountains, but they insist it will be tons of fun! I feel very self-conscious and am embarrassed that I look so ugly compared to them. We walk out of the gymnasium and are immediately approached by a group of men. They all start flirting with the other girls and ignore me completely. I again feel embarrassed and self-conscious, so I leave the girls with the men. I decide to find Elizabeth to cheer me up. I walk back to the locker room and see Elizabeth sitting on her cot, talking to a group of women seated around her. I run up to her and give her a hug then sit next to her on the cot. She smiles at me and puts her arm around me. The women around us "awww" at our embrace and look touched that we're so close. Upon further inspection, I notice the women are dressed up in butch clothing and have very short hair. I realize they are lesbians and think that Elizabeth and I are a couple! I think the situation is a bit funny but I feel like I should let them know we are sisters, then I woke up!
