I have a day off work and decide to spend the day in my apartment while Robert goes off to work. I send him the typical "I love you! Have a great day at work!" text only to realize that I have sent it to a former coworker of mine JR. I immediately get in my car and drive to my former employer's building. The building is made of brick and looks similar to the community college of my home town.
The parking lot is made of brick and it is very slick. I decide to park in a wooded area around back and sneak in that way. My plan is to delete the text from JR's phone before he ever opens it. I dart underneath the stair case and look around. I see many people walking in and out. I understand this to be shift change so I know he'll be arriving soon. I walk into the building and it's a grass field with many tents. It looks almost like some kind Renaissance fair!
I go into a tent that I know to be his and see his phone laying on a desk. I quickly grab it and run into another tent that is filled with cots and lanterns. The whole tent is filled from girls from my high school whom I wasn't friends with for obvious reasons. They start making fun of me and tell me they're going to tell JR that I have a crush on him so he can be grossed out. I roll my eyes. I tell them my self esteem is so low that no matter what they say my insecurities cannot be worse than they already are (ouch dream me!).
