<This dream sounds like the ramblings of a mad man. I can't remember if I ate anything weird that evening or watched anything particularly strange, but this dream is so nonsensical and strange that I am sure that something must have been going on for my brain to cram all of this weirdness into one dream! This is also the WORST impression of a cartoon character that dream Michelle has ever attempted. In my last dream I mentioned my crappy Hank Hill impression. However, the impression I attempt (and fail) in this dream makes the Hank Hill impression seem Oscar-worthy. Read on at your own risk! This is a wild ride from start to finish!>
I was in class about nachos (how to make them, eat them, etc.) so my professor sent us to the store as an assignment to gather everything necessary to make our own. I was putting off the assignment (for some reason!? If I had that class in real-life, I would complete all of the assignments in one setting and do SO MUCH extra credit!) and went to a friend's house with Anne (it was my parents' house in real-life but in the dream I understood it to be Anne's friend HP's house). HP asked Anne and I if we wanted to "play with the spirits" so we went to a dimly-lit room near the back of the house and took turns playing a game of mini golf where the balls were little woolly worms (wtf!?).
Every so often stuff would move around the room and the lights would flicker on and off (I guess this was the spirits playing with us). HP turned all of the lights off and told us to listen and try to feel where the spirits were. We all closed our eyes and started feeling around the room. Anne kept grabbing me to scare me, so I was getting pretty aggravated. We crept quietly outside, as we felt a stronger presence out in the yard. It was nighttime outside, so everything was pretty dark. I opened my eyes for a bit (since I was getting annoyed with this game) and saw two ghost women holding hands and swinging each other 'round and 'round (like the square dance move). I didn't want to get too close to the ghosts, so while Anne and HP were feeling around the yard for them (eyes still closed), I walked around the yard for a bit, away from the ghostly dance. I found a wooden structure that looked like a gypsy cart (picture a carriage with ornate wood paneling and a set of steps that pull out from the front that lets you enter the carriage). I went inside the carriage and found a bag of toys. I rummaged through the bag to find something fun when I felt something fall from the ceiling and land on the floor next to me. I looked up to find little cups of grape juice (like what you would get at communion) falling from the ceiling like rain. I grabbed a few cups and drank them, but ultimately I found the scene too weird and decided to go back to Anne and HP. I wanted to leave this strange place and go to the store to work on my nacho assignment. Before I left, I remembered a strange Sonic the Hedgehog doll I had found in the toy bag. I grabbed it and returned to Anne and HP.
When I got to them, I held up the doll and did an absolutely terrible impression of Sonic's famous line "Gotta go fast!" (I think I did this to encourage them to hurry and let us leave this weird place). We went back to the house so that I could put in my contacts and drive us to the store. When I opened my contact case, my contacts looked like little lasagna noodles in the shape of the cartoon character Hey Arnold (again, wtf are you doing brain!?). I ate the head of one and realized it was indeed pasta, but for some reason I still fit the contacts over my eyes. They worked perfectly. We all got into my car and drove off to the store. I woke up after that!
<When I awoke from this dream, I thought I was late for class. I was panicked and was about to leap out of bed to get ready when I remembered that it was Saturday and that my wonderful nacho class did not exist!>
